Job Description

This role focuses on supporting clients with immigration matters. Ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations, while delivering outstanding client service is crucial.

The caseworker plays a vital role in collaborating with clients, employees, legal teams, government entities, and stakeholders to facilitate efficient immigration processes.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, understanding unique immigration needs, handling end-to-end immigration processes, and preparing accurate documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients.
  • Understand the unique immigration needs of each client.
  • Handle the end-to-end immigration process for employees.
  • Prepare and review immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation.
  • Interpret and apply immigration rules to ensure compliance.
  • Advise clients on immigration processes, timelines, and potential risks.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files.
  • Efficiently record time and support billing activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, government officials, and internal teams.
  • Liaise with network offices, third-party providers, consulates, embassies, and immigration authorities.
  • Handle unexpected issues during the immigration process with professionalism and efficiency.
