Identity Operations Expert

This is a long-term contract position with a global technology leader. As an Identity Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions in a complex landscape involving multiple applications and systems.

  • You must have experience dealing with ambiguous or undefined problems; ability to think abstractly
  • Comfortable performing requirements analysis, interfacing with stakeholders of various levels and documenting solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint identity secure cloud, CyberArk is essential
  • You should know two-step verification and application used for it
  • Difference between authentication and authorization
  • Role-based access control knowledge is necessary
  • Database management and data structure knowledge is required
  • You must be an energetic team player who works well across boundaries and readily adapts to change and enjoys rapid development
Requirements
  • Good experience with modern IAM products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk
  • Good experience in building IAM solutions in a complex landscape involving 100+ applications of various integration types [Webservice, SCIM, Active Directory, JDBC, etc.], HR Systems like Workday, ServiceNow integration, etc.
  • Good experience in designing Role Based Access Control system, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, JML workflow
  • Experience in modern authentication methodologies like SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, etc.
  • Experience in contributing to SOC/Sox internal and external Audits
  • Experience in working with Agile teams

The primary skills needed are IAM, SSO, MFA, Identity Governance.

The secondary skills needed are Azure Entra ID, SailPoint ISC, CyberArk.
