Lead Country Operations

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our business operations in Malaysia and Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving revenue growth, developing market strategies, and building high-performing teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute country-brand strategy in existing and new markets.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs through liaison with agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Benchmark competition pricing and branding, and maintain data repository.
  • Lead and engage a diverse international team of members.
  • Responsible for settlement of distributor/trade/customer claims within specified timeframes.
  • Oversee all company-related communication to associates in Malaysia and Singapore.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Meet top-line performance targets.
  • Drive excellence in trade marketing, sales & distribution, category initiatives, and sales forecasting.
