Master Data Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting MDM solutions within the Tagetik platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Tagetik MDM solutions for finance and enterprise data management.
  • Manage hierarchies, metadata, and dimensions across multiple modules (Consolidation, Planning, Reporting).
  • Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data governance and compliance.
  • Design and implement data integration processes with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, BI, Data Warehouse).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues within the Tagetik environment.
  • Document solutions, best practices, and provide user training/support.

Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of overall EPM/CPM experience, with 2+ years in Tagetik MDM.
  • Strong understanding of master data management, metadata, and hierarchy maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with Tagetik Consolidation, Planning, and Reporting modules is a plus.
  • Experience integrating Tagetik with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of SQL, ETL, and data integration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of finance processes (consolidation, planning, forecasting).
  • Experience working in global delivery or consulting environments.
  • Tagetik certifications.
