Job Summary

The Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Lead plays a pivotal role in bridging business requirements into technical capabilities, providing application capability options and guiding delivery priorities. This position requires collaboration with product, business, and technology leaders to focus on solving the right problems at the right time.

This technologist serves as the internal functional Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing advanced system knowledge and support for Oracle Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bridge business requirements to technical capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and key stakeholders to define, develop, and refine Oracle capabilities.
  • Partner with technical teams to create detailed product specifications that can be used to implement features.
  • Consult on building, planning, prioritizing, and maintaining product backlogs.
  • Contribute to release planning and provide Defect triage and Remediation.
  • Exhibit a strong desire to produce and deliver excellent product support that addresses business problems.
  • Identify problems, propose solutions, and document the impact of proposed solutions on business owners and shareholders.
  • Maintain design documentation, including Business Requirements Documentation (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRSs).

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant technical and functional experience supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) business process areas.
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle Fast Formulas, data migration activities using HDL and HSDL, and troubleshooting issues with ad hoc queries or BI Publisher reports.
  • Able to design solutions with end-to-end consideration of upstream and downstream applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines required.
  • Knowledge of the overall requirements generation process, requirements documentation, and requirements feasibility and reliability.
  • Business domain knowledge, ability to work with business on prioritization, ranking requirements, and traceability of requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently and meet deadlines under pressure.

We are looking for candidates who are well-developed in their business analysis skills, able to solve problems, and propose enhancements to Oracle Cloud HCM. Experience working with teams in multiple countries is also highly valued.

Technical Requirements

  • Familiarity with Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Management schemas to troubleshoot issues.
  • Experience working with high-impact cross-functional teams.
