As an Electrical Control Systems Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps our customers achieve their objectives. You will develop professional work knowledge and abilities through the application of standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.

You will exercise limited but increasing judgment in performing assigned tasks, using prescribed methods to perform specific and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of Design Criteria for Controls and Instrumentation
  • Preparation of Field Instrumentation, Control Valves, Pressure Safety Valves Data Sheet in Smart Plant Instrumentation
  • Perform Control Valve, Flow Element, and Thermowell sizing calculations and preliminary analyses
  • Development of Spec, MR, Technical Bid Evaluation, and Vendor Print Review of Field Instrument Packages

You will also assist in developing or reviewing discipline material quantity estimates, preparation of Complex Loop Control Narratives, Cause and Effect Matrix for Process and F&G System logic narratives, and development of I/O data base for DCS, SIS, F&G, and Mechanical Vendor Packages.

The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech in Instrumentation, Control, Electronics, Instrumentation from a recognized university, with 4-7 years of industry experience for Level 1 position, and 8-11 years for Level 2 position.
