Key Responsibilities:
1. **Test Strategy & Planning**: Develop test strategies and test plans tailored to insurance business operations. Define testing scope, objectives, risks, and dependencies for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (Finance, Procurement, HCM, ERP). Collaborate with business stakeholders to align testing efforts with industry-specific requirements.

2. **Functional & Integration Testing Execution**: Conduct functional, system integration (SIT), and regression testing for Oracle Fusion applications in an insurance environment. Validate insurance business workflows, including policy administration, claims management, underwriting, and financial reconciliation. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with insurance regulatory compliance standards.

3. **Defect Management & Quality Assurance**: Identify, log, and track defects using test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail). Collaborate with insurance business analysts, developers, and IT teams to resolve system defects. Ensure data integrity and compliance with insurance financial regulations (IFRS, GAAP, Solvency II, etc.).

4. **Test Data Management & Reporting**: Prepare and manage test data for insurance-specific transactions, including policy premiums, claims payouts, and risk assessments. Generate test reports, defect analysis, and dashboards for senior management and compliance teams. Provide recommendations to improve testing efficiency and mitigate risks in insurance business processes.

5. **Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement**: Mentor and guide junior testers and functional consultants on Oracle Fusion testing best practices. Work closely with insurance business units, project managers, and IT teams to ensure seamless system rollouts. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion testing within insurance organizations.
