Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tekla Detailer to join our team. As a Tekla Detailer, you will play a critical role in creating detailed structural steel models using the Tekla Structures software.

  • Develop detailed structural steel models in Tekla Structures software.
  • Generate high-quality fabrication drawings and material lists from the models.
  • Review and analyze project specifications and requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in design and construction meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Model Development: Create accurate and complete detailed structural steel models in Tekla Structures software.
  2. Fabrication Drawings: Generate high-quality fabrication drawings and material lists from the created models.
  3. Project Analysis: Review and analyze project specifications and requirements to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
  4. Design Meetings: Participate in design and construction meetings as required, facilitating open communication among team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in creating detailed shop and fabrication drawings for steel structures.
  • Exceptional English language skills for effective communication.
  • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings to inform model development.
  • Knowledge of TEKLA STRUCTURES V20 SR1 / V21.1 modeling software program.
