Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children aged 3-5 years.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote overall development, including cognitive, emotional, physical, and social skills.
• Introduce early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and creative expression through play-based and activity-oriented learning.
• Maintain a warm, safe, and welcoming classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor and document students' progress and behavior, and maintain accurate records.
• Develop creative teaching materials and learning resources.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings and share student development updates.
• Follow the school's curriculum, routines, and safety procedures.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school functions.

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education, NTT, D El Ed, or B Ed.
• Proven experience of 1-3 years as a nursery or kindergarten teacher.
• Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills.
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Creative, energetic, and organized approach to teaching.
• Basic computer skills and ability to integrate technology in classroom activities.

• Knowledge of phonics, rhymes, and early learning methodologies.
• Familiarity with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or play-way learning approaches.
