Billing Executive Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging role in billing?

We are seeking an experienced Billing Executive to join our team. As a Billing Executive, you will be responsible for preparing bills, receiving and sorting incoming payments, managing issues with invoices and receipts, maintaining and updating reports, and communicating with clients about outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare accurate and timely bills for customers
2. Receive and sort incoming payments from customers
3. Manage issues with invoices and receipts, resolving any discrepancies or errors
4. Maintain and update reports of all billing activities, providing insights to the concerned department
5. Communicate with clients about their outstanding debts, setting reasonable deadlines for payment

Requirements:
You should have experience working with Tally software and possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary range of $14,000 - $15,000 per month. The role also offers health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund benefits.

Working Conditions:
This is an in-person role, requiring regular attendance at our office location.
