Role Summary:

Guest Service Expert

The Guest Service Expert plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by warmly welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages efficiently, and ensuring timely service. This dynamic role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a friendly attitude that makes guests feel valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless guest check-ins and departures while maintaining a high level of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Manage reservations, maintain organized seating plans, and coordinate waiting lists with ease.
  • Take precise food and beverage orders, communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams, and prioritize timely service delivery.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering strictly to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
  • Process payments efficiently, address any guest concerns or feedback professionally, and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of dining and service areas; participate actively in setup and closing activities.
  • Support team members collaboratively to create a harmonious and pleasant dining atmosphere.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and operational standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is highly recommended.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or restaurant/hospitality environments is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask, remain organized under pressure, and provide excellent customer service.
