About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Webflow Developer with 1-2 years of experience building responsive websites and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain high-performing web experiences, integrate tools, and optimize for speed, SEO, and conversions.
  • Implement frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom embeds and advanced functionality.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to bring marketing funnels and campaigns to life.
  • Integrate forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools.
  • Optimize websites for SEO, page speed, and conversion-focused layouts.
  • Implement analytics tracking and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support A/B testing, funnel experiments, and performance monitoring.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Webflow development with a strong grasp of responsive design and CMS structures.
  • Proven experience building and publishing marketing websites or landing pages.
  • Hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and growth teams.
  • Exposure to analytics and tracking implementation.
  • Familiarity with form integrations and CRM tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
