At WWT, we're seeking a highly capable Senior Security Engineer to support the design, deployment, and ongoing operations of secure network infrastructure. This role requires deep hands-on expertise with Fortinet FortiGate Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), including advanced threat protection and VPN services, as well as strong proficiency in configuring and managing Citrix NetScaler (ADC) load balancers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong operational mindset with a focus on availability, performance, and security. Key responsibilities include:

  • Deploying, configuring, and maintaining FortiGate firewalls, including NGFW features like IPS, application control, web filtering, antivirus, etc.
  • Managing IPsec and SSL VPN tunnels for site-to-site and remote access
  • Configuring High Availability (HA) clustering and health checks
  • Defining firewall rules, NAT, routing, and segmentation policies
  • Managing and optimizing Citrix NetScaler (ADC) appliances for load balancing of web and application services
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting firewall and NetScaler performance, logs, and alerts

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5–8 years of experience in network security engineering roles
  • Deep hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls, including NGFW and VPN features
  • 2–3 years of operational experience with Citrix NetScaler ADC
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, and access control concepts
  • Experience managing security logs and events, and familiarity with SIEM workflows
