Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Backend Developer to join our team at Maneva Consulting Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming language and Spring framework, with experience in developing financial applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing Java-based backend services and applications tailored for financial services.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features aligned with financial industry requirements.
  • Writing clean, efficient, and testable code adhering to strict regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure data integrity and system stability.
  • Participating in code reviews and enforcing coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Researching and integrating new technologies and tools to enhance system performance and maintain competitiveness in the financial market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming language and Spring framework with experience in developing financial applications.
  • Knowledge of financial concepts, including securities trading, risk management, and compliance.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g. Hibernate) in financial applications.
  • Understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations, such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, or SOX.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
