Technical Leader for Large Language Model Development

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our team as a Technical Lead. As a member of our AI engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Large Language Model (LLM) models and General AI (Gen AI) applications.
You will leverage Azure AI services, including Cognitive Search, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI, to build and deploy AI/Gen AI applications. Additionally, you will possess strong proficiency in Python and have experience with machine learning/LLM/Gen AI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain, and NLP tools like SpaCy and NLTK.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks, and a rich experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions.
This is a leadership role that requires technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. You will collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy LLM models and Gen AI applications.
- Leverage Azure AI services to build and deploy AI/Gen AI applications.
- Maintain strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries and frameworks.
- Develop and implement advanced RAG based Gen AI solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Total Experience 13-15 years; Gen AI Experience – 5 + years.
- Master's degree in computer science or information technology.
