We are seeking a seasoned SAP GTS professional to spearhead the upgrade to SAP GTS 4 HANA. This role demands technical acumen in GTS, combined with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate our capabilities by upgrading to SAP GTS 4 HANA and ensuring seamless transition.
  • Provide continuous support for live sites post-upgrade, resolving issues and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate in workshops to prepare for the upgrade and address post-upgrade requirements.
  • Support end-to-end testing activities, including test preparation, execution, and validation.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including roles, reports, and training materials.
  • Nurture effective relationships with Project Managers, Team Leads, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise as an SAP GTS Consultant (experience with SAP GTS 4 HANA highly valued).
  • In-depth understanding of incident management, troubleshooting, and testing processes.
  • Aptitude to work within cross-functional, international teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
