We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Xstore Solutions Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle Xstore Point-of-Service (POS) solutions.

About the Role

As an Oracle Xstore Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Xstore POS solutions across store environments, including mobile devices.

  1. You will develop and maintain integrations with upstream and downstream systems, such as ERP, CRM, and Loyalty programs.
  2. You will participate in cloud migration and deployment of Xstore applications on Azure or AWS platforms.
  3. You will troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues in cloud-hosted Xstore environments.
  4. You will collaborate with business, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless store operations.
  5. You will apply patches, upgrades, and enhancements to Xstore applications.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle Xstore solutions efficiently, while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise platforms and retail store systems.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of retail store systems and integration with enterprise platforms.
  • Experience deploying and managing Xstore in cloud or hybrid environments.
  • Ability to design, configure, and support Oracle Xstore POS solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
