Supply Chain Management Specialist


Job Description

As a Supply Chain Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle R12 SCM modules. You will design and configure ASCP plans to optimize supply chain processes such as demand planning, supply planning, and capacity planning.

You will collaborate with business users to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions to meet business needs. You will also develop and customize reports, workflows, and interfaces using Oracle tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher.

You will conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Additionally, you will provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle SCM and ASCP modules.

You will ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and standards in all deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle R12 SCM modules, with a strong focus on ASCP.
  • In-depth knowledge of SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, and WIP.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ASCP plans for demand and supply chain optimization.
  • Proficiency in Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and integration capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or Oracle Fusion SCM is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Planning Command Center (APCC).
  • Certification in Oracle SCM modules.
