Job Overview

This role oversees the development and implementation of a comprehensive brand program aimed at enhancing product superiority and equity.

Crafting positioning strategies with strong brand identity is crucial, as well as building brand architecture on the category level.

A 360-degree brand campaign will be designed and executed to drive equity and preference through multi-channel communication.

We are seeking an experienced professional to build brand purpose platforms and develop 'Always On' digital plans for a 12-month calendar.

Delivering brand health metrics through impactful and innovative communication plans is essential.

Evolving and fine-tuning masterbrand strategy in line with category and competition landscape is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand program to enhance product superiority and equity.
  2. Positioning Strategy: Craft positioning strategies with strong brand identity and build brand architecture on the category level.
  3. Brand Campaigns: Design and execute 360-degree brand campaigns to drive equity and preference through multi-channel communication.
  4. Brand Purpose: Build brand purpose platforms and develop 'Always On' digital plans for a 12-month calendar.
  5. Communication Plans: Deliver brand health metrics through impactful and innovative communication plans.
  6. Masterbrand Strategy: Evolve and fine-tune masterbrand strategy in line with category and competition landscape.
Customer Service
  1. Claims Toolkits: Build claims toolkits backed by defendable evidence to support scientific, technical, and marketing claims.
  2. Superiority Proofs: Prove superiority at point of sale through efficient and scalable activation programs.
  3. Counterfeit Actions: Communicate superiority across media touchpoints and counter counterfeit actions through education, legal action, and sales team training.
Internal Processes
  1. Collaboration: Collaborate with innovation teams for seamless takeover and incubation of new brand initiatives.
  2. Syncronization: Synchronize brand marketing plans and campaigns for harmonized deployment across the masterbrand.
  3. Market Trends: Work with consumer and market insight teams to monitor and evaluate market trends for new opportunities.
  4. Campaign Management: Effectively manage external and internal interfaces to deliver successful campaigns and projects.
Innovation and Learning
  1. Masterbrand Portfolios: Build masterbrand portfolios by expanding user bases with relevant extensions and innovations.
