Graphic Designer Job Summary

As a professional Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across various channels, including print, digital, and social media. You will develop design concepts based on brand guidelines, target audience, and campaign objectives, and roll out template assets with minor modifications.

Additionally, you will adapt and modify existing designs in a variety of mediums, assist in photography, video production, and editing, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Design:
    • Create high-quality graphics across various channels.
    • Develop design concepts based on brand guidelines, target audience, and campaign objectives.
    • Roll out template assets with minor modifications.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
    • Presentation design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
  • Confidentiality and Continuous Improvement:
    • Maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the overall design process.
  • Project Management:
    • Assist Creative Director with project management tasks, including budgeting, timeline development, and resource allocation.
    • Prepare mock-ups and present concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Research and gather inspiration for design projects.
    • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and actively participate in team discussions.
