Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Consolidation and Close Solutions Specialist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, configuring, and supporting financial consolidation solutions using Oracle FCCS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and reporting purposes.
  • Develop and manage cube views, dashboards, and reports for business users.
  • Integrate and manage SmartView for ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with finance and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and business rules within the system.
  • Assist in requirement gathering, design, and configuration of Tagetik-based consolidation solutions.
  • Support transition activities and contribute to knowledge building on Tagetik within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS implementation and support.
  • Solid understanding of consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting.
  • Experience working with Cube Views, Dashboards, and SmartView.
  • Knowledge of metadata management, data loads, and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Openness to learn and work on other consolidation tools.
