Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at the Wen-Women Entrepreneur Network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and intuitive enterprise applications across various domains, including Finance, Supply Chain, Compliance, E-commerce, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set technical direction and drive product architecture.
  • Build and optimize REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices using various programming languages.
  • Write high-quality, reliable, and performant code with monitoring & alerting capabilities.
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure best practices and scalability.
  • Debug and monitor distributed systems using advanced logging tools.
  • Break down projects into manageable milestones and deliver on time.
  • Provide L3 support for existing products and implement new features.
  • Refactor codebases for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
  • Strong expertise in ReactJS or similar frontend frameworks.
  • Proficiency in PHP, Hack, JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL, ORM frameworks, and database design.
  • 3+ years building microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL.
  • Experience in asynchronous/parallel service development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and log monitoring in distributed systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
  • Professional fluency in English.
