Investment Banking Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Investment Banking Specialist. This position will involve working closely with client partners to drive business growth by improving processes and controls.

The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, particularly in the finance industry, with a focus on capital markets and derivatives. They should be proficient in using data to inform decisions, have excellent multi-tasking and creative problem-solving skills, and be able to build domain expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue escalation.
  • Leveraging domain expertise to drive business results and contribute to knowledge management within the team.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree such as BCom, BBA, BBM, BCA, MCom, MBA, or PGDM.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking Operations, with a focus on team management and process improvement.
  • Strong logical and quantitative abilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and earn the confidence of diverse Client personnel.
