As a Sales Associate with Amazon Seller Services India, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Amazon's e-commerce business in India. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement plans to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Understand products and services offered by Amazon Services and articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.
  • Help define the seller base and industry verticals we target for various Amazon services using local knowledge.
  • Identify valuable sellers and selection for Amazon services.
  • Acquire retailers with valuable selection and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Own and manage integration of portfolio of sellers and help them become self-reliant through basic training.
  • Track and monitor performance and sales of key partners to manage their performance.
