Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and experienced graphic designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a refined eye for design, with expertise in minimalistic, elegant, and high-end design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visually appealing assets for digital and print platforms that reflect simplicity, clarity, and elegance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that align with our brand strategy and tone.
  • Mentor junior designers, ensuring the highest standards of thoughtful design.
  • Enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints, focusing on clean, intuitive layouts.
  • Translate complex ideas into easily understandable visuals that are subtle yet impactful.
  • Stay informed about global design trends and apply them where appropriate.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising on attention to detail or design integrity.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in minimalistic and elegant design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create balanced designs.
  • Ability to develop understated yet effective designs that communicate our message.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands, with sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of aesthetic balance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with UX/UI design to ensure user-friendly interfaces.
