Our team is seeking a Publisher Yield Manager to join us in creating a virtuous cycle that produces more content, attracts more investing enthusiasts, and drives additional brand marketing dollars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage publisher profit/loss and revenue streams
• Work closely with internal departments related to publisher needs and monetization strategies

Communication:

• Effectively communicate and liaise with publishers and internal departments

Technical Analysis:

• Evaluate ad requests and inventory settings to optimize yield
• Collaborate with Dev on publisher releases and updates

Ad Layout Optimization:

• Provide recommendations to maximize yield and publisher KPIs

Publisher Onboarding:

• Work with SSPs to get sites whitelisted for programmatic monetization
• Enhance yield through strategic partnerships and collaborations

Yield Analysis:

• Monitor yield based on demand source by inventory/product

Optimization:

• Monitor partner and publisher performance and revenue streams
• Identify and implement opportunities to increase revenue

Ad Operations:

• Proficient in DFP ad server and SSP system settings
• Expertise in SSP block list and flooring management

Reporting:

• Publisher weekly KPIs and performance metrics
• Weekly SSP reporting and analysis
• Block list reporting and reconciliation
• Partner billing and financial reconciliation

PMP Management:

• Develop and optimize deals with buyers for best performance

Data Analysis:

• Analyze publisher and SSP data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Technology, or Business Intelligence
• MBA or Master's degree a plus
• 2-3 years of experience in Online Advertising/Web Analytics in one or a combination of the following job functions: Traffic Analyst, Account Management, Yield Management, Campaign Management, Publisher Operations/Development, Ad Operations, Data Analytics
• Experience with DFP ad server
• Experience with SSP UI/Applications (e.g., Index, OpenX, Appnexus)
• Experience with Header Bidding Ad Tech
• Experience managing a team and relationships
• BI Tools for data manipulation experience (SQL, Visual Tool - e.g., Domo, Periscope, Looker, Tableau)
• Solid track record of exhibiting extreme attention to detail and organization skills
