About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Management Leader with experience in building AI-powered products to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing products that leverage the power of AI and machine learning to solve complex customer problems.

Your expertise in product development, combined with an understanding of AI technologies, will drive the creation of groundbreaking solutions that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven products at Icertis. Your primary responsibility will be to harness the potential of advanced algorithms and Generative AI techniques to create innovative and efficient solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand market needs and customer requirements, translating these into product features that are scalable, performant, and secure.

As a key representative of the product team, you will engage in customer-facing situations to drive product strategy, including technical discussions and demonstrations.

You will adeptly communicate complex AI concepts and the value of our products to clients and stakeholders, ensuring our solutions align with both customer needs and our business objectives.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in AI and machine learning is essential for success in this role. Your insights will guide the product development team and help in constantly refining our product roadmap to stay ahead in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate a clear vision for AI-driven products, leveraging Generative AI technologies.
  • Engage with customers to gather insights, present technical PoCs, and communicate the value proposition of our products.
  • Work seamlessly with engineering, sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure product-market fit and successful product rollouts.
  • Continuously monitor AI industry trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and feature development.
  • Evaluate new technologies and determine their applicability to our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 22 years of experience working at an Enterprise SaaS company, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Critical skills for success include a keen sense of ownership, customer centricity, product understanding, drive, and grit while executing, and a deep sense of urgency.

  • An advanced degree in engineering (preferably computer science).

  • Experience leading cross-company strategic and critical initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, capable of engaging and inspiring through both written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking ability, with a focus on aligning product development with business goals.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

The salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have over 22 years of experience working at an Enterprise SaaS company.
