About the Role

This role focuses on the design and implementation of autonomous AI systems that incorporate stateful reasoning, memory, and orchestration.

The successful candidate will develop digital twin AI employees using large language models (LLMs), sequence language models (SLMs), and custom orchestration logic. They will also integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, finance, and supply chain platforms.

A key aspect of this position is to optimize AI solutions for scalability, incorporating features like retries, fail-safes, state persistence, and performance tuning.

Collaboration with product designers and developers is essential to bring enterprise-ready AI infrastructure to life.

Required Skills and QualificationsCore AI & ML
  • Strong Background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning
  • Experience with LLMs, SLMs, or Hybrid Architectures
  • Knowledge of Probabilistic Modeling
  • Experience in Time-Series Forecasting
  • Familiarity with Anomaly Detection Techniques
  • Understanding of Multi-Signal Fusion
  • Grasp of Causal Inference & Correlation vs. Causation
Prescriptive AI & Decisioning
  • Ability to Move from Prediction → Prescription
  • Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning, Optimization Algorithms, or Decision Theory
  • Familiarity with Control Systems for Closed-Loop Feedback
Data Layer & Infra
  • Hands-on Experience with Data Pipelines
  • Experience with Vector Databases
  • Strong SQL + NoSQL Experience
  • Data Architecture Skills
Enterprise Integration
  • Ability to Connect Models into Enterprise Systems
