Data Analysis and Insights Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics group, you will play a vital role in helping us drive business performance through data-driven decision making.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. You will use statistical tools to provide actionable insights that inform process improvement and business decisions.

In addition to your analytical skills, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive business performance and efficiency. Your strong communication skills will enable you to translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Management: Collect, clean, and manage data from various sources.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production, supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and support data-driven decision-making processes.

A successful candidate should have:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other relevant software.
