Data Engineer Role Summary

This role involves implementing and managing analytics tagging solutions using Google Tag Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in web analytics, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analytics Tagging: Validate and debug implementations using GTM debugger, implement new pixels, and remove outdated tags regularly.
  • Project Management: Assist with project management, support for tag submissions, and partner with stakeholders to implement analytics requirements.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist with campaign execution, develop and modify JavaScript code to execute web analytics best practices.

Skill Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Experience with Google Tag Manager, JavaScript, and web analytics tools.
  • Soft Skills: Proactive, communicative, organized, assertive, and a team player.

Working Style: This role requires strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to identify when IT involvement is necessary and work closely with senior staff.
