Postgraduate Faculty Opportunities in Education

We invite highly qualified educators to apply for postgraduate faculty positions in our teacher education programmes. The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching, mentoring and supervising pre-service and in-service educators.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Teach and co-design postgraduate modules (PGDE / MA.Ed)
  2. Mentor teacher-learners during school immersion; observe, coach and provide actionable feedback
  3. Supervise K–12 teacher-education research (action research, inquiry cycles)
  4. Lead assessment design, moderation and quality assurance
  5. Collaborate with schools to curate exemplary IB-aligned practice
  6. Contribute to outreach/CPD and community engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ph.D. (preferably in Education) or closely related field
  • Experience in K–12 schooling and teacher training; IB experience preferred
  • Strong scholarship and writing; comfort with data-informed improvement
  • Design-thinking mindset, research orientation and a drive to innovate
  • Ability to partner effectively with education technology and collaborate across teams
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder skills
