As a senior frontend developer, you will lead and contribute to the migration from GWT to Next.js.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the transition of existing applications to modern web frameworks, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
  • Design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge React components and features that meet industry standards for accessibility and user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, fostering open communication and mutual support.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior team members, and contribute to shaping best practices within the development process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a deep understanding of React (v18+) and TypeScript.
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js (v15+), including server-side rendering and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with contemporary frontend tools such as MUI, Zustand, React Query, React Hook Form, Zod, i18next, Jest, and Storybook.
  • Demonstrated commitment to accessibility and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with Node.js, Docker, and real-time features like Web Sockets/Atmosphere.js.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability to work effectively in collaborative Agile teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience with GWT and backend integration, specifically with Java/Spring.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or performance optimizations in large-scale applications.
