CA Monk is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to join our Global Assurance team. As a Senior Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Statutory Audit division in matters relating to Knowledge Management, Learning & Development, Operational Excellence, Quality Assurance, Marketing/Business Development, and Audit Controllership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Statutory Audit division in matters relating to Knowledge Management, Learning & Development, Operational Excellence, Quality Assurance, Marketing/Business Development, and Audit Controllership.
  • Carry out statutory audit, tax audit, financial accounting reviews, and accounting advisory services for various clients of CA Monk across regions.
  • Support and assist foreign firms in their audit function and carry out audits in accordance with the Dutch GAAP, as per their methodology and tools.
  • Lead an initial team of auditors to be set up in India, functioning under the guidance and direction of the Partner/Manager of Foreign Firms.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (India or England & Wales) or Certified Public Accountant.
  • Additional qualifications such as Management Accountancy (CMA/CIMA), Company Secretary (CS), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
  • Relevant Experience: 3 - 4 years.
  • Total Experience: up to 4 years.
  • Good understanding and application of Accounting and Auditing Standards (knowledge of IndAS / IFRS / Dutch GAAP).
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (at least Excel and Word).
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting software.
  • Quick adaptation to Dutch GAAP and ability to pick up the working styles of foreign firms.
