Senior Interior Designer Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Interior Designer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual with 7-15 years of experience in the hospitality sector.

About the Role:

  • As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for handling design and managing teams for various architecture and interior projects across India.
  • You will work closely with the Principal Architect/Interior Designer to bring their design vision to life.
  • You will plan and contribute to the design process, manage internal design teams, and ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
  • You will coordinate with external consultants and integrate structural, MEP, and other construction methodologies into medium to large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for hospitality projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 7-15 years of total experience and 5-10 years of continuous experience in a reputable firm.
  • Strong understanding of office systems and best practices.
  • Proven experience in the hospitality sector (Hotels/Resorts) is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, and MS Office.
