The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing team performance, driving continuous improvement, and acting as a key link between company, functional, and regional leadership. This role is also an enablement catalyst for Company and functional key initiatives and sits on the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities- Implement a Continuous Improvement Culture:
- Hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification with demonstrated application in process improvement projects.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma concepts to drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
- Actively challenge teams towards driving improvements and advocate for work to be pulled into the HOC.
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead and motivate the team, providing guidance, knowledge, and support in implementing improvement projects.
- Lead by example and foster a culture of collaboration and empowerment.
- Lead cross-functional teams, even without direct reporting lines.
- Appreciate diversity and encourage diverse perspectives in decision-making processes.
- 10+ years of overall experience including Supply Chain area.
- 3+ years' experience leading teams in Supply Chain or Shared Services related areas.
- Proven experience in setting up supply chain shared services teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals across all organizational levels.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with SAP OTC (Order to Cash) system.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive change and improvement.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification with demonstrated project experience.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, bias for action, and ability to challenge the status quo
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
