At Tata Consultancy Services, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The role will be based in India.
We are seeking a professional with 2-7 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment process, strategy development, screening, offer negotiation, onboarding, and integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian job market and be able to attract top talent from various sources.
The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers at all levels to discuss and make recommendations on resourcing issues, including temporary, permanent, and fixed-term positions. They will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of recruitment processes and suggesting improvements as needed.
In addition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with HR leaders to attract and hire local talent, support localization initiatives, and implement new TAG (Talent Acquisition Group) strategies. They will also focus on new joiner connections, publish critical feedback, and provide data reports to business and HR leaders.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders. They will also be proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
