Job Title: Senior Security Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced security professional to lead our penetration testing team and drive innovation in security testing approaches and tools.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security engineering, leadership skills, and technical expertise in secure software development practices, common vulnerabilities, and testing tools.

This role requires a highly qualified individual with deep technical knowledge and a proven track record in leading technical teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and automation of penetration testing processes, staying ahead of emerging security threats, and driving innovation in security testing methodologies.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to embed security testing at the right times during the product development process and represent the company in external forums, conferences, and engagements.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Extensive experience in security engineering (10+ years)
    • Leadership skills: Proven experience leading and mentoring security engineers
    • Technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of secure software development practices, common vulnerabilities, and testing tools
    • Cloud security knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud-native security testing methodologies

    • Experience with DevSecOps
    • Running a penetration testing function in large enterprises
    • Delivering industry presentations or written research papers
