Lead Interior Designer Position

This role requires a seasoned designer to oversee the design studio and lead the team in creating innovative, functional, and high-quality interior solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end design processes, from concept development to final execution. Collaboration with project managers, site engineers, and vendors is also crucial for successful project delivery.

A key aspect of this position is effective communication with clients to convey design intent and handle presentations. Additionally, the successful candidate should stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Mentoring junior designers and building a strong design culture within the organization are also essential responsibilities. The ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines is critical.

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (or similar design tools).
  • Proven portfolio of executed residential and/or commercial interior projects.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
