Job Title: Oracle BI Publisher Developer

As a highly skilled Oracle BI Publisher Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing business intelligence solutions that drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex reports using Oracle BI Publisher, leveraging your expertise in SQL and PL/SQL to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored reporting solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop proficiency in designing RTF templates using MS Word with BI Publisher plugins, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of BI Publisher solutions, including data template development, layout template design, and report bursting.
  • Continuously optimize report performance by analyzing query complexity and recommending improvements to enhance overall system efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying innovative solutions to drive business growth and competitiveness.
  • Foster a culture of analytical thinking and problem-solving, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle BI Publisher development, with a strong focus on report creation, data manipulation, and system optimization.
  • Proven expertise in SQL and PL/SQL programming languages, with the ability to write complex queries and troubleshoot database-related issues.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, with a solid understanding of data extraction and manipulation techniques.
  • Proficiency in designing RTF templates using MS Word with BI Publisher plugins, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
