Key Objectives:

  • Develop compelling and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives and user needs into engaging visual experiences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
  • Conduct research and usability testing to gather insights and refine user experiences.
  • Maintain consistency of design across all platforms and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Apply user-centered design principles to produce high-quality design solutions that meet client and user expectations.
  • Stay updated on current design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and grid systems for various screen sizes and devices.
  • Experience in creating design systems and component libraries.
  • Broad knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end technologies to effectively communicate with developers.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and user experience best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Experience working with agile teams or in fast-paced development environments is beneficial.
