About the Role

As a Supplier Relationship Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering supplier management activities for West Asia. This includes ensuring seamless communication and coordination between global supplier relationship strategies and local operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
* Collaborate with the West Asia Supplier Relationship Manager to develop and implement supplier relationship strategies that align with organizational objectives and best practices
* Conduct regular supplier data due diligence reviews to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
* Implement process improvements to maintain the integrity of supplier data within the Aravo system
* Participate in Vendor Management Cleanup (VMC) activities to optimize vendor relationships and streamline the supplier database

Requirements

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex problems and develop effective solutions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting objectives
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
* Good understanding of sourcing and procurement principles and practices

Desired Experience and Technical Skills

* Experience in Sourcing and Procurement function
* Proficiency in Aravo supplier onboarding software
* Proficiency in JD, Jaggaer, and Corrigo software systems
