Job Overview:

A senior-level software developer with 7+ years of experience in setting up, maintaining and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms is required.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, strategic approach to the team along with team/project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and strategic direction to the team
  • Lead all test automation efforts in your area
  • Design and develop utilities, test automation framework for various components and/or systems
  • Retrospect the gaps in test framework & enhance to cover the needs of test coverage

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks
  • Strong hands-on experience on scripting languages & tooling (Robot Framework, Selenium, Cucumber, BDD, Core Java, Python, Groovy)
  • Good exposure on API automation (SoapUI, Karate Framework etc.)
  • Experience in test automation, agile process development (DevOps, test data management, CI/CD/CT)

Preferred Skills:

  • Developing, debugging automation scripts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client-facing experience

Working Environment:

The ideal candidate will be working in an Agile team with excellent collaboration and communication skills. The role requires strong leadership and technical skills with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
