We are hiring customer service representatives to work night shifts in Salt Lake and Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a U.S.-neutral accent, and be comfortable with night shifts.

Job Description:

As a customer care professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, working closely with the team to resolve any issues that may arise, and ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong English communication skills (U.S.-neutral accent preferred)
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (graduates/diploma holders are encouraged)
  • Comfortable with night shifts
Benefits:
  • Monthly salary: ₹15,000 - ₹19,000
  • Attendance bonus: ₹1,000/month
  • Annual performance bonus: up to ₹15,000
