Senior SoC Director

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior SoC Director to lead our digital and mixed-signal engineering team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and productizing next-generation mixed-signal RF/communication SOCs.
Your primary focus will be on managing the digital team, hiring, and retaining top talent while driving innovation and providing leadership to ensure world-class system solutions and flawless execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in analog/mixed-signal integrated SOC development, hardware design knowledge, and familiarity with signal integrity.
You should also possess excellent technical documentation skills, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in leading low-power mixed-signal SOC design, RTL design and verification of silicon, and FPGA architecture specification and design are essential.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of wireless, mobile, and storage domains are also required.
