About our UX Design Team Lead role:

We're seeking a highly skilled UIUX professional to lead our design team and drive user-centric experiences for digital investment platforms.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end UX design process, designing wireframes and prototypes, defining information architecture, and collaborating with product teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional experience in UX/design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

As a UX Design Team Lead, you'll play a key role in driving design as a strategic differentiator using design thinking and emerging tech. You'll also be responsible for leading deep user research, building scalable UX systems, and integrating modern design tools to streamline the UX process.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent experience. You'll also require excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end UX design process from research to high-fidelity prototyping
  • Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms
  • Define and maintain information architecture and UX documentation
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and tech teams for user-centered solutions
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
  • Manage and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in UX/design
  • Strong digital portfolio with well-documented UX case studies
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent experience
