Job Overview:

This pivotal role encompasses comprehensive financial leadership, encompassing strategic planning, business finance, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and performance reporting. The successful candidate will drive innovation by proactively leveraging automation and intelligence in finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual budgeting plans across all functions, aligning with company growth objectives using AI-enabled planning tools.
  • Create robust forecasting models for revenue, costs, and cash runway to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor key SaaS metrics—LTV, CAC, NRR, payback period, contribution margins, ROI on marketing expenditures etc using AI tools for real-time insights.
  • Analyze variance, develop scenario plans, and conduct cost-benefit assessments to inform strategic choices.
  • Support data-driven pricing, hiring, and expansion initiatives through financial insights and playbook development.
  • Design reporting frameworks and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to leadership and function heads.
  • Foster a culture of financial discipline and ownership across teams through clear planning processes.
  • Research international taxes and provide strategic guidance to the business.

Requirements:

  • CA Qualification or MBA from top-tier institutions
  • Prior experience in Business Finance is essential.
