Job Summary

Coders Brain Technology Private Limited is seeking a highly experienced Senior Subject Matter Expert to lead the implementation and management of our SCCM infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure and its associated components
  • Oversee the deployment of software, updates, and operating systems via SCCM
  • Monitor and optimize SCCM performance and ensure high availability
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution for SCCM and associated services
  • Develop and maintain SCCM documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, SOP's and procedures
  • Implement security best practices to protect data and maintain system integrity
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to improve SCCM efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay current with industry trends and updates related to SCCM and related technologies

Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in SCCM administration
  • Advanced knowledge of SCCM and its integration with other systems and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols
  • Good experience with SCCM/ConfigManager, including hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and management
