Network Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the security infrastructure of our information technology systems.

1. Palo Alto Firewall Management: You will be responsible for managing and configuring Palo Alto firewalls to ensure secure network access.
2. Cyber Security Engineering: You will design, build, and manage the security infrastructure of our IT systems, including installing hardware, configuring firewalls, setting up VPNs, and adding upgrades.
3. Change Management and Disaster Response: You will be proficient in change management and disaster response, applying policies and standards to all projects.

• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in network security engineering.
• Cyber Security Engineers: Must have expertise in remote infrastructure management for networks.
• Familiarity with Networking Concepts: Good understanding of basic routing and switching concepts.
• Familiarity with Firewalls: Hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting of Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint firewalls, or other network security technologies.
• Skills: Perform day-to-day firewall activities like administration, management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• IOS Upgrades and Software Strategies: Good knowledge on IOS upgrades and software strategies.
• URL Filtering and File Blocking: Hands-on experience in configuring URL filtering, file blocking, and security profiles in Palo Alto firewalls.
• Network Security Threat Logs: Review network security threat logs for intrusions and compromises and provide solutions.
• Authentication Methods: Good knowledge on authentication methods like Radius & TACACS.
