As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Sphera, you will:

  • Communicate testing initiatives to stakeholders effectively
  • Develop and implement test plans and strategies that meet quality standards
  • Enhance testing infrastructure, tools, and processes to ensure efficiency
  • Analyze test results, create quality metrics, and provide actionable insights
  • Identify defects, report risks, and contribute to project quality activities

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of QA experience
  • Familiarity with web and client-server based applications testing
  • Hands-on expertise with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
  • Experience in developing automation scripts using Java, JavaScript, or C#
  • Knowledge of CI/CD Tools and Processes
  • Strong English language skills
