Process Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Executive to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional pension reconciliation and payroll control services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and accurate pension reconciliation and payroll control service in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implementing changes as needed after consultation with management.
  • Processing daily workload efficiently and communicating progress regularly to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and team members to ensure reporting and process deadlines are met.
  • Liaising with other teams in Retirement Solutions when mismatches or technical issues occur.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

A quick learner with effective written and verbal communication skills is essential. Experience using Microsoft Office applications is also necessary.
